• Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Limitation of Liability

FunhouseBids is not liable for lost, damaged, or misrepresented items. We act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
